About Me
I am a body worker and yoga teacher with over 17 years of experience. My journey started in 2004 when I discovered my empathic abilities and the fulfilling experience of helping people heal.

I was always curious about health and wellness, and in 2017, I found my way to yoga. Despite facing some challenges in my personal life, I was drawn to a new way of life at a Parahamasa Yogananda based ashram in Northern California. It was there that I started my healing journey and began to access my intuition.

A turning point in my journey came when I met my yoga teacher Angie Hall at a random yoga festival. I was able to release deep-seated energetic and physical blockages, and I was inspired to learn more about Himalayan Kundalini. My training took me to India and helped me to live a more fulfilling life, both for myself and those around me.

As a teacher, I guide people back to themselves using techniques like breathwork, meditation, and various yoga practices. I help individuals manage their anxiety, release stuck energy, and bring balance to their mental and physical health. Teaching Himalayan Kundalini is my way of living a beautiful life, helping others do the same. Namaste, Simona
